There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 per student or $50 per family (2 or more students) due annually. Registration fees are paid at the time of enrollment and include bookkeeping and insurance.
Dance Republic requires every family to have a credit card kept on file.
** If you choose to pay by cash or check the payment must be received by the 25th of the previous month. After that the credit card on file will be charged on the 1st plus a 3% service fee.
** All other payments must be paid by the due date otherwise credit card on file will be charged plus 3%.
** If you choose automatic withdrawal your card will be charged on the first of every month. If your card is declined you will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. We will try to process it again the following day. If the funds are still unavailable you will be charged an additional $10.00 late fee. You will then be contacted by the office manager and expected to pay for the tuition past due as well as the additional fees.
** Please note that tuition will be the same for all months regardless of the number of weeks in that month.
** Once registered, students are enrolled in their class indefinitely. If you find it necessary to withdraw from class a parent or guardian must fill out and sign a withdrawal form and submit it to the office manager PRIOR to the 25th of the previous month. Tuition will continue to be withdrawn until the forms are signed and submitted
